At Elvora Patio & Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Items that have been assembled, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items shipped via freight (dining sets, lounge sets, gazebos, pergolas, etc.), return shipping fees can be significant. We recommend contacting us before initiating a return so we can find the most cost-effective solution for you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Elvora Patio & Furniture will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a full resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: assembled or used furniture, custom or special-order items, clearance or final sale items, and items returned after 30 days of delivery.
