Warranty Coverage
- Frames & Structural Components: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Cushions & Fabric: 6-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Finishes & Coatings: Covered for 6 months under normal use conditions.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, exposure to extreme weather without protective covers, or normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
Care Instructions
General Care
- Clean surfaces with a mild soap and warm water solution.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
- Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent moisture buildup.
Seasonal Storage
- Use furniture covers during off-season months or extended periods of non-use.
- Store cushions indoors or in a weatherproof storage box when not in use.
Metal Frames
- Inspect annually for rust or chipping; touch up with outdoor-rated paint as needed.
- Apply a protective wax coating once per season for added longevity.
Wicker & Rattan
- Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading.
