Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact us directly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 CAD. For orders under $500 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Large Item & Freight Delivery
Large items such as dining sets, lounge sets, gazebos, and pergolas are shipped via freight carrier. Standard delivery for large items is curbside. White-glove delivery (room of choice, assembly) is available for select items and locations — please contact us before placing your order to arrange this service.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions about your delivery, our support team is here to help.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Elvora Patio & Furniture will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
